This is my Great grandmothers quilt given to me by my Father about 20 years ago . It had been tucked away in a trunk for years but i just cant do that ...i have to display it so i can enjoy it.
I love to take old and make it new again . The little red cupboard use to be a kitchen drawer .

Now that spring has arrived we are very busy around here getting things ready for summer . The beautiful Sperry House awaits the return of summer guests. The gardens are starting to fill out and soon will be filled with colour.
Years ago i worked as a nurse assistant in a home for the aged and i remember a little lady that use to sing the hymen "a church in the wild wood" Although i cant remember her name i will always remember her song.
I have recently taken a space at Sandra's Country Treasures in Berwick Nova Scotia and i am really enjoying it . I am able to use my creativity and use up a lot of old stuff that i have collected over the years and turn it all into one of a kind pieces . Here are a couple pieces that i have finished in the last week . I am having fun and fun is a good thing.
